Could God be Longing for More? Part 1
This class was specifically designed to help believers discover and develop the personal intimacy with God
that seems to be so elusive in contemporary Christian life. It is a repeat of the Principles of Worship course that was taught in England in 2000, but with the benefit of 15 more years of insight and revelation. For this reason, we broke the original course into two parts. That way, we can take more time exploring these life-changing principles!
God's Eternal Plan
This is a highly recommended course for all who have questions about who we really are as Christians. God's Plan for the Church continues this theme for the Body of Christ as a whole. This course answers from a Biblical perspective the 5 basic questions that all human beings face: Who am I?, Where did I come from ?, Why am I here?, What's life really about?, and Where am I going when I die?
God's Plan for the Church
Many of us are aware that God brought a doctrinal reform through Martin Luther, but few realize that our change in theology had little effect on the structure of the current institutional church. Understanding God's plan for His church will help us more easily embrace the change that God desires to bring in order to free His people from the bondage of religious tradition.
Continuing on from God's Eternal Plan, this course examines God's plan for the church from a Biblical perspective.
Hearing the Voice of God
There are many Christians who accept that Jesus rose from the dead. Surprisingly, however, many of them do not accept that God continues to speak and reveal Himself to His people today. This six session course establishes the Biblical basis for the fact that God desires to, and continues to, communicate with His people. We explore how to hear the Lord more clearly, and keys to accurate discerning.
The Tabernacle of David
(Acts 15:16-17) refers to God restoring the "Tabernacle of David" so that the "rest of mankind may seek the Lord". Many believers, however, have no idea how that applies to our lives today. This course, along with 14 Davidic Principles seeks to unravel the mystery surrounding David's Tabernacle in order that we might truly become worshippers in Spirit and in truth.
14 Davidic Principles
This course is a continuation of The Tabernacle of David and looks at 14 principles of worship that King David instituted as he returned the Ark of the Covenant to Israel after it had been lost to the Philistines. A great course for anyone interested in developing a greater intimacy with God in worship.
Walking in the Spirit
In spite of the fact that Jesus Himself said that He sent the Holy Spirit to be our Guide, Teacher, Comforter, and Helper, many Christians have never endeavored to discover just who He is and how He works in our lives. This course is highly recommended for those desiring a greater understanding of the Holy Spirit and walking the Spirit-filled Christian life.
Digging for Silver in the Word
Most of us understand the importance of studying the Scriptures, but many of us have never been taught how. When we don't know for ourselves what the Scriptures say - and, more importantly, what God intended when He wrote them - we either become confused when different "experts" have conflicting interpretations or we become deceived when Scripture is used out of context to justify self-seeking motives. This is a practical course in how to study the Scriptures for yourself. If you've been hungry to know more about how to search the Scriptures, but can't afford to take time out for formal study, this course is for you!
Principles of Worship
Jesus taught that the Father seeks those that worship Him in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:23-24). For those who desire to become that kind of worshipper, this course is a must. This class was specifically designed to help believers discover and develop the personal intimacy with God that seems to be so elusive in contemporary Christian life.
Lies We Believe
If knowing the truth sets us free, it stands to reason that believing lies keeps us captive. This course examines some of the most commonly held lies that we, as Christians, unknowingly live out of.
In this nine session course, we examine the lies we embrace, broken down into three major categories; lies about ourselves, about God, and about others.
The Authority of the Believer
Many of us know that Jesus said that He gave us His authority. Most of us, however, find ourselves hindered in properly exercising the authority we have over spiritual things. This course seeks to uncover keys and hindrances to walking in our Godly inheritance. This is not another discourse on how people have and should exercise authority over one another, but a look at the spiritual authority every believer has been given in Christ.
